Pittsburg State University Campus Wayfinding

Vireo’s team was selected to analyze the existing wayfinding and signage throughout the campus and develop new graphic and signage system standards. Incorporating the existing Pittsburg State logos and brand, the team developed a final campus-wide master plan report with graphic standards including signage element colors, typography family and letter spacing, and symbols. Vireo developed basic details of each primary sign type to include overall dimensions, primary components, and guidelines specific to each type. Vireo also prepared material, fabrication and installation specifications for the signage type system.
